    Please find below the details of the fee for Silicon Valley AI Immersion program.

    • Fee inclusions: four-star hotel accommodations throughout the trip, food, and beverages (specialty meals; breakfast, lunch, dinner at fine dining restaurants), welcome and closing party, all learning expenses (visits to organizations, universities, venue, business meetings, instructors, materials, etc.), tour guide, luxury shuttle, travel insurance, and business visa invitation letters

    • Fee exclusions: international airfare, visa application, and processing, domestic transportation within the home country, and in-hotel expenses, such as laundry, haircuts, phone calls, drinks, pay TV, etc.

    • For those applicants who need a visa to travel to the United States, it is recommended that you apply by the early application deadline to allow sufficient time for the visa processing formalities.
