In this 13-day NVIDIA Academy, your teen will discover what it means to be a Stanford University student. With peers from around the world, they will stay on campus, eat in the dining halls, and take in the prestigious campus and its iconic landmarks. Throughout this one-of-a-kind program, your teen will receive instruction from elite mentors, attend workshops led by industry leaders from companies such as Google, META, or Tesla, and get hands-on experience with an exclusive AI coding curriculum. Mentors and Silicon Valley industry leaders will inspire your teen.
Your teen’s successful NVIDIA approved portfolio project and official NVIDIA certificate of achievement are invaluable assets on their resume. Top performers in the Academy may receive a reference letter from a Stanford professor and have their name listed on the iD Tech global honor roll.
Because a true college experience is about balancing academics and fun, your teen will also have the opportunity to explore the surrounding area, including the cities of Palo Alto and San Francisco and the tech prestige of Silicon Valley. Your teen will get inspiration for the future from industry leaders like Steve Hoffman, CEO of Founders Space and godfather of entrepreneurship in Silicon Valley, SVP from Plug and Play, as well as leaders from companies like Google, NVIDIA, and more.

Camp counselors from elite Silicon Valley universities will lead students to learn AI, build BattleBots and engage in daily competitions. Counselors will also lead outdoor games, competitions and activities to build leadership and teamwork.
Barry Katz, who taught at Stanford for over 30 years under the mechanical engineering department, will lead a session to students on design thinking.

Who is this program for?
This program is exclusively for students aged 13-17, who are independent and comfortable being away from home. Students must be able to speak and read English at an equivalent of CEFR proficiency of B1 or higher (interview is compulsory), as all course materials are in English. Students must be able to work in groups. No previous coding or AI/ML experience is required.
